Olive oil 3 tbsp
50 grams of fresh breadcrumbs
1 small clove of garlic, crushed
½ Small bunch of parsley, chopped
200 grams of spaghetti or linguine
20 grams of unsalted butter
1 banana shallot, finely chopped
100 grams of white crab meat
1-1 teaspoon red pepper
Grated skin and juice of 1 lemon

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick frying pan. Roast the breadcrumbs for 5 minutes until golden, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, then stir in the parsley. Set aside and clean the pan.
Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to the package in a container containing salt water. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and butter in a pan over low heat. Add shallots and a pinch of salt and cook for 7 minutes until soft. Stir in the crab, red pepper, lemon zest and juice.
Pour the pasta into the pan by sprinkling the cooking water. Stir in more of the breadcrumbs. Season to taste, divide between bowls, then serve with remaining breadcrumbs.

Easy to replace: Replace the crab with chopped cooked shrimp or brown shrimp.
